This is me

I’m a marketing consultant who’s spent over a decade working inside B2B, infra, EV, SaaS, and SMB businesses, the kind where buying decisions take time, trust matters, and marketing can’t afford to be vague.

I’ve worked on products people don’t immediately understand, markets that are still being shaped, and teams that are ambitious but stretched thin.

What I’ve learned (the hard way):

Marketing doesn’t break because teams aren’t working hard enough.
It breaks because there’s no system holding it together.

That’s the gap I work in.

Founders usually come to me when marketing feels busy but confusing.

They’re asking things like:

  • Are we even talking to the right audience?

  • Why does our funnel feel leaky?

  • Which channels matter right now and which are just noise?

  • How do we scale without hiring a huge team?

As a B2B marketing consultant and Fractional CMO, my role isn’t to run campaigns or chase trends.
It’s to bring structure to how marketing decisions are made.

Once that’s clear, execution becomes simpler. And calmer.

Most marketing today looks like this:
A post here. An ad there. A new idea every week.

Busy? Yes.
Effective? Rarely.

I believe marketing should behave like a system:

  • Clear inputs.

  • Clear priorities.

  • Clear outcomes.

A system helps teams stop reacting, start choosing better, and build momentum that compounds over time.

That’s why I work as a system-first Fractional CMO, especially for B2B teams and SMBs where resources are limited and focus really matters.
