Marketing Consultant
SERVICES | INTERNATIONAL GTM
Take your product abroad without guessing how a new market buys.
A new country means new buyers, new competitors and nobody who has heard of you.
The plan has to start with what they will find when they look you up.
Sometimes the right answer is a clear 'go', sometimes 'not yet'.
I help you decide whether to go, where first, and what has to be in place before you do,
so you don't spend a year learning what a few weeks of homework would have shown.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Here's how this usually shows up
You get enquiries from other countries but have no plan
for them
Buyers abroad ask for references, local presence or proof you don't have yet
You're not sure which country to
try first

You're unsure whether to sell
direct or through a partner
Your message is written for India and may not land elsewhere
Your website looks like a local business to a visitor from outside India
THE REAL PROBLEM
Going global is a trust problem,
with higher stakes.
In a new country you have no reputation.
Buyers check who you are, who else uses you, and whether you'll still be around next year.
Without proof they can understand, a good product still gets ignored.

So we work backwards from the buyer.
What do they expect to see before they talk to a company from abroad?
What can you show today, and what do you need to build first?
WHAT IS INCLUDED
What I actually do
Market shortlist and first country choice
A comparison of where demand and fit are strongest, and where it would be a costly guess.
Buyer research and message adaptation
How buyers there describe the problem, and how your message should change.

Entry route

Whether to sell direct, through a partner or through a distributor, and the trade offs of each.
Credibility checklist

What buyers there will expect to see on your website, in references and in your sales material.
HOW IT WORKS
Three simple steps
01
Test the idea
We check demand, fit and effort before anything is built.
02
Prepare
We adapt the message and build the proof a new market will ask for.
03
Enter small
We start with one market and a clear review point before expanding.
QUESTIONS FOUNDERS USUALLY ASK
Good questions to have answered upfront.
1 / Which countries do you work on?
I start from your product and your buyers, not a fixed list. On the call we look at where your demand and fit look strongest and take it from there.
2 / Can you tell us if we should not go abroad yet?
Yes. Sometimes the best advice is to strengthen the home market first. I'll tell you that and explain why.
3 / Will you run the international campaigns?
My role is strategy and direction. For local execution we usually work with partners or agencies in the market, and I help you choose and brief them.
