Marketing Consultant
SERVICES | GTM STRATEGY
A go-to-market plan your whole team can actually follow.
Most startups don't have a GTM problem.
They have a GTM plan that lives in one person's head, usually the founder's.
Who do you sell to first? What do you say?
Where do you find them?
Who owns each step?
If those answers change from one meeting to the next, every new hire, agency and campaign starts from zero.
I help you make the decisions, write them in plain words, and turn them into a plan people can follow.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Here's how this usually shows up
Sales & marketing describe the ideal customer differently
You're not sure who to go after
first, so you go after everyone
You've tried three channels but
can't say which one is working
Your pitch and pricing story
change from one call to the next
Every big deal still needs the
founder in the room
You have a plan, but nobody
beyond the founder has seen it
THE REAL PROBLEM
A GTM plan is a set of decisions.
Most plans fail because they list activities, not choices. Choosing means saying no to some customers, some channels and some ideas, and that is the hard part.

I also build trust into the plan from day one. Before anyone is contacted, we check what they will find when they look you up: your website, your LinkedIn, your story. If that check fails, the best plan on paper still won't convert.

QUESTIONS FOUNDERS USUALLY ASK
Good questions to have answered upfront.
1 / How is a GTM plan different from a marketing plan?
A marketing plan lists activities. A GTM plan decides who you sell to, what you say and how you reach them across sales, marketing and product. Marketing activities then follow from it.
2 / We're early. Is it too soon for a GTM plan?
No. It's cheaper to make these choices before you spend on channels than after. An early plan can be short and change as you learn.
3 / Do you help run the plan, or only write it?
Both are possible. Some founders want the plan and run it themselves. Others want me involved through the first few months. We agree which on the call.
